How It Works

    Submit your registration before the deadline. Confirm your weight class and division.
  2. 02
    Film Your Lifts
    Record each attempt following PROF video requirements. One camera angle, full depth visible, no cuts.
  3. 03
    Submit Videos
    Upload via your dashboard before the submission deadline. Three lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) × up to 3 attempts each.
  4. 04
    Judging
    Certified PROF judges review your footage. Results published within 72 hours of the competition close.
