TALENTUM
Discovering the next generation of powerlifting champions
PROF Talentum is our youth development programme aimed at identifying, mentoring and supporting powerlifters from the age of 14. Through grants, competition travel funding, free coaching, entry fee waivers and mentorship from elite athletes, we are building the future of the sport.
Programme pillars
Talent search
We actively seek promising young athletes through our global network of affiliated gyms and coaches. Any PROF member may nominate an athlete for the Talentum programme.
Coaching support
Selected Talentum participants receive quarterly consultations with PROF-certified master coaches, free access to PROF Academy courses and personalised training support.
Competition access
Talentum participants receive free entries to dedicated PROF Talentum tournaments, giving them competitive experience without financial barriers. We also provide full funding for participation in third-party federation competitions: from entry fees to full travel and accommodation costs.
Community and mentorship
Our private Talentum community connects young athletes with experienced powerlifters, creating a support network that extends beyond the platform.
